* TR90 TrimShake & Lactose intolerance

Dear Willing Tan,

Thank you for your email and inquiries. Kindly allow me to assist you.

Lactose intolerance is indigestion of lactose (dairy products) due to the inactive of lactase enzyme in small intestine. People with lactose intolerance condition may not be suitable to take Trimshake. For most of the cases, if someone still can tolerate half cup of milk or few scoop of ice cream without getting diarrhea, he/she should be able to take Trimshake. Therefore, we recommend him/her to reduce Trimshake to half sachet and mix with one scoop of oatmeal, gradually increase after few days if adapt well. However, he/she might need to completely avoid Trimshake if she totally cannot tolerate it and develop symptoms. If that is the case, he/she can take light meals such as chicken porridge, salad with light dressings or fish bee hoon soup instead of Trimshake. We also recommend to include Probio PCC in the diet as it can also help to increase the good bacteria and hence improving the digestive function.

I hope this addresses your concern. Please feel free to contact us should you need further assistance. Thank you and have a nice day!

Kindest Regards,
