只有你自己。。。你的人生不會因為你換個老板, 換了朋友, 換了父母,換了公司而有任何改變。。。只因為你自己改變,你的人生因而改變。。。。^^`~

【Last Respects 最後的尊敬】

One day not too long ago the employees of a large company in St. Louis , Missouri returned from their lunch break and were greeted with a sign on the front door.

不久前的某一天, 在Missouri 洲的聖路易市一家大公司的職員吃完午餐回到公司門口, 看到一個牌子。

The sign said: "Yesterday the person who has been hindering your growth in this company passed away.

We invite you to join the funeral in the room that has been prepared in the gym."

上面寫著: "昨天那位防礙你在公司成長的人去世了" 公司在運動中心為他設置靈堂供同仁弔祭。

At first everyone was sad to hear that one of their colleagues had died, but after a while they started getting curious about who this person might be.

一時間每個員工都那位逝去的同仁感到難過。可過了一回, 他們開始好奇這位仁兄到底是誰?

The excitement grew as the employees arrived at the gym to pay their last respects.

他們帶著一種好奇的心情走到運動中心向死者致哀。

Everyone wondered: "Who is this person who was hindering my progress?

Well, at least he's no longer here!"

每個人都在滴沽 "這個人到底是誰呀? 他怎麼會防礙到我們的成長呢?"

不過反正他已經不在了!

One by one the employees got closer to the coffin and when they looked inside it they suddenly became speechless.

They stood over the coffin, sho! ck ed and in silence, as if someone had touched the deepest part of ! their soul.

然後每位員工慢慢靠近棺材時, 當他們看到棺材後每個人忽然間都無言。

"There was a mirror inside the coffin: everyone who looked inside it could see himself.

"棺材中有一面鏡子: 探頭進去看的人必定會看到自己。"

There was also a sign next to th e mirror that said:

"There is only one person who is capable to set limits to your growth: it is YOU. YOU are the only person who can revolutionize your life. You are the only person who can influence your happiness, your realization and your success. "

而且鏡子旁邊還有一個牌子, 上面是這麼寫的:

"世界上只有一個人可以限制你的成長: 那就是你自己。只有你才可以改革你的人生,也只有你自己才能帶給你自己幸福快樂, 對人生的認知及成功。"

YOU are the only person who can help yourself.

只有你自己才能幫助你。

Your life does not change when your boss changes, when your friends change, when your parents change, when your company changes.

你的人生不會因為你換個老板, 換了朋友, 換了父母,換了公司而有任何改變。

Your life changes when YOU change, when you go beyond your limiting beliefs, when you realize that you are the only one responsible for your life. The most important relationship you can have is the one you have with yourself.

當你超越信念的藩籬, 當你認識到只有"你"自己才能對你自己一生負責, 你的人生因為你自己而改變。
